Returns & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery date to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to understand the issue and find a satisfactory solution.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be issued if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Please note that tax charges will not be reversed. Only the taxable amount of the service fee will be considered for a refund.
